All new clients start here:

Step 1:

In the first session, we go thru your new client packet and intake form paperwork. I then take each  client through a detailed scoliosis and posture-specific movement assessment. The assessment results allow us to create a customized program to address YOUR specific pain, posture, movement and goals.

Step 2:

You will follow your program daily until we meet again (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and then your program will be progressed to the next level or you will receive modifications as you need. Some days will only be a 10 minute practice vs other days of the week be a longer practice. BUT the program customized for you, will be targeted to fit the timeframe available to you daily vs your already day-to-day demands.

Post session, you will have empowered yourself to an end goal of feeling lengthened and strengthened, hold a better posture, be a little bit tired but most definitely encouraged, finally knowing what to do with your curvy spine! ….. and of utmost relief, alleviation of pain.

  • The weekly customized formula will be:
    • 2-3/X/ weekly a customized SCOLIOSIS STRONG routine
    • 2-3/X weekly the joint series – approx. 10 minutes
    • The other days of the week, 10 minutes of a lengthener/derotation/strengthener
    • Practicing seated/standing/lifting rib cage breath daily
    • Myofascia release several times week or more
    • Daily a 10 minute shivasan
